After recieve the package , pls keep the package alone about 3 hours at one place , and then start to operate it .

After turn on the machine , set wind speed between level 1 and level 2 , it need around 10 minutes let the tempreture cooling down to around -18 degree , and then set wind speed between level 4 and level 5 , and then start to do do skin cooling .

Pay attention , in order to ensure the safety , pls dont not let the cooling handle treat one same area more than 1 minutes , it is better move it from one area to another area , can not do always stay one same area .
