How does pinxel Fractional microneedle RF needling work?

Pinxel RF uses minimally invasive gold plated micro-needles to deliver precisely controlled RF energy directly into the deeper layers of the dermis avoiding damage to the skin surface.

This produces a fractionated denaturing of dermal tissue (similar to fractionated laser) inducing new collagen production,tightening elastin fibers and increasing lymphatic flow. Unlike fractionated laser, however, there is minimal damage to the skin surface resulting in a safer treatment with minimal downtime.

The clinician has complete control over the depth that the needles penetrate (from 0.5mm to 3.0mm) and over the strength of the radiofrequency energy allowing infinitely tailored treatments to all areas of the face and body.
